Unless terminated earlier by the User under this section or by us if the User breaches these Terms and/or applicable laws, the Subscription will begin and end on the dates specified in the chosen subscription package (the "Initial Term").

Access to the Platform, in line with the Subscription, will be granted immediately on the Subscription's start date.

Subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as the Initial Term, unless either party notifies the other through the Website or Platform of their decision not to renew the Subscription. The Subscription will end one month following such notification.

We hold exclusive rights to all intellectual property related to our Services, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names ("Intellectual Property Rights").
